Our Lamb

The lamb we supply is of the highest quality produced in the region, which traditionally produces some of the best lamb in the state.

The lambs graze on pastures well suited for lamb production. Only in times of severe drought are they grain fed. All care is taken to ensure that the grain is of a premium grade and free of antibiotics and growth promotents (HGP Free).

When you receive your lamb you can be assured that it is of an exceptionally high quality and is safe to eat. As with all our meat, this guarantee can only be given when you deal with the farmer direct.
